Moreover, mainstream media outlets, including prominent dance television programs such as 'So You Think You Can Dance,' 'America's Best Dance Crew,' and 'Dance Moms,' have played a significant role in driving the demand for Acro within both amateur competitive dance and studio settings.

Mastering Acro presents a formidable challenge for dancers as it necessitates training in both dance fundamentals and acrobatic techniques. The Acro skill set encompasses a range of techniques, including balancing, limbering, tumbling, and partnering. These elements are rooted in attributes like flexibility, contortion, and strength.

At URBN StreetZ dance studio, Jade offers distinct levels for Acro, utilizing the meticulously designed curricula provided by Acrobatic Arts the worlds most trusted curriculum. Regardless of age, all students are required to begin with a trial in the acrodance class levels 1-3. For our younger dancers between the age of 4 and 6 a specialized program is offered tailored to their developmental needs.

The totZ acro class is designed to provide a safe and structured environment where children can explore rolling, flipping, and playing while learning fundamental acrobatic skills. Through engaging activities, children develop essential fine and gross motor skills, enhance their sense of balance, and refine their overall movement abilities.
